hey. my name is phil, i go by evlneon or neonDragon depending on where ya look.
i live on the NW side of columbus, ohio near dublin. i drive a neon. it's slow, but i still like it.

and whys it seem everyone likes dinner by candle light and walkin on the beach, give me ihop and moped ride and im happy
