I posted this on the .org also hopefully some one can help me out. My wife was driving the car today and the spark plug shot out of the engine. I tried putting in a new plug and it will not tighten down fully.

Do you know of a way to fix it or do you think I have to put on a new head.

Go to your local parts house and ask for a spark plug rethreading insert. You'll rethread the damaged hole and install the insert.
