will the mopar perfomance pcm from a first gen sohc work with a second gen sohc (non magnum)?

No. I think AFX is your only option for a plug-n-play ECU.

He's be correct and it can take months on end to get the PCM. One of the guys on 2GN got his and it's throwing codes... it turns but throws some codes that howell won't help him with. He was also lied to from howell when he was supposed to get it... I'd never order one from him evAR

Sounds to me like you have two options:

a. Megasquirt

b. buy 1st gen

I have a first and second gen, the first gen is sittin on my street right now with a bad motor, so ya, I cant figure out what I want to do with it yet, part it out or sell to a junk yard....
